1. Service Engagement

All software engineering and digital design deliverables produced by TIHOR are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed under our Master Services Agreement.

2. Code Rights & Ownership

Upon receipt of full contract payment, TIHOR irrevocably transfers full copyright, source code rights, patent rights, and technical documentation ownership tothe client.

3. Service Level Guarantees (SLA)

Our managed hosting and SLA clients receive 99.9% guaranteed platform availability backed by financial uptime credits.
